The Den
This studio is on the ground floor in the centre of the building. It has air-conditioning but limited natural light. It is adjacent to a fashion/sewing studio. This studio is is 12m2 available from Feb 24th until May 24th.

The Garage
This studio is on the ground floor a the front of the building. It has high walls and a large roller door which will bring light and ventilation. It is adjacent to a shop and fashion/sewing studio. It is 23m2 and is available from Feb 24th - June 24th (possible potential to extend until end September).
